Since the November Open Space Meeting an ad hoc group has been pursuing development of an Elmcrest development strategy that capitalizes on the property's historic buildings and flora. A plan that would clearly provide more economic benefit to the Town than the one approved by the Town Planning and Zoning Board. That plan appears to be stalled.Our group is called the Elmcrest Campus Advisory Committee (ECAC) and you would be most welcome to join our effort.
